Steven Biggs
Torontonian Steven Biggs helps people grow food. Recognized by Garden Making magazine as one of the “green gang” of Canadians making a difference in horticulture, his passion is incorporating edible crops into the landscape to create a beautiful, bountiful landscape with a long and varied harvest. Steven’s own yard includes a driveway straw-bale garden, rooftop kitchen garden, wicking beds, an edible-themed front yard, and fruit plantings. In his work as a horticulturist, college instructor, broadcaster, and author, he shares ideas about how to creatively use edible plants in the landscape. Steven produces and hosts The Food Garden Life Radio Show and Podcast.
